to assist them in their Adult Staffing needs.

members of this site. If the answer to any question posed below

How do I retrieve my login and password?
Please go to the
Home Page and directly under the section of which you
would enter your Login & Password, please click on
Password
Reminder and it will direct
you to a page of which you will enter the email address of
which you have signed up your account with. The system will
then send an automated e-mail to your e-mail address on file
with your Username & New Password. Upon logging in, you may
change your password to a password of your choice by editing
your profile.
How do I edit my profile?
Please go to the
Home Page and enter your Username &
Password under the login prompt. Once logged in you may
select the tabbed link labeled as “My Profile”. This page
will allow you to edit your profile with updated information
to allow the Employers to find you as a better match for
their Adult Industry Job opening.
How do I upload new pictures?
Please go to the
Home Page and enter your Username &
Password under the login prompt. Once logged in you may
select the tabbed link labeled as “My Profile”. Towards the
bottom of the page you will see a link labeled as “View
Images”, please click on that link. From this page you will
be able to overlap any existing images as well as upload new
images into a vacant spot.
Why are some of my images not being uploaded properly?
There are 2 possibilities of why your images are not being
uploaded properly into the websites database. Currently we
only allow jpg and gif images in our database. If your image
is of any other extension please convert the image to a
proper extension (jpeg or gif) or send your image(s) to
support@18orup.com along with your Username and we will
manually upload them into the database for you. Another
possibility is the size of the image. In order to provide
proper download speeds for our Employers we have decided to
allow images of 1MB or less, per image. Please make sure
your image is 1MB or less before uploading your image into
the database. You may also send your image(s) along with
your Username to support@18orup.com and we will take care of
the image conversion for you and manually upload them into
the database.
How do I upload a new resume?
Please go to the
Home Page and enter your Username &
Password under the login prompt. Once logged in you may
select the tabbed link labeled as “My Profile”. Towards the
bottom of the page you will see a link labeled as “View
Images”, please click on that link. At the bottom of this
page you will see a link labeled as “Upload Resume”. Select
“Browse” and migrate to your new resume on your local
computer. Once selected, please click “Upload” which is
directly next to the “Browse” button and your new resume
will be uploaded under your appropriate Username.
How do I cancel my profile?
For security purposes we do not allow Applicants to delete
their profile directly through the website. Please send an
email, along with your username, from the e-mail address you
have created the account under to support@18orup.com with a
request to delete your account. Please allow us 24 hours to
complete this task.
Can I still apply if I don’t want to do any nudity?
Yes. Employers are not always looking for individuals who
are willing to do nude scenes, photography, or work of that
nature. Adult Industry Occupations such as dancing,
escorting, modeling, bar tending, photography,
cinematography and the alike may not require nudity of any
sort to be qualified for the position. While filling out
your application there is an option which allows you to
specify if you are willing to take part in nudity while on
the job. If you are not willing to perform then simply
select “None” as a drop down in the nudity section with the
question stated as “Are you willing to perform nude?”.
I only want to work in one aspect of the field, is this
possible?
Yes. While filling out your application there is section
labeled as “Industry”. This section has checkboxes available
next to its appropriate industry. Please select the industry
of which you would like to perform work in, as you will only
be listed as a potential applicant in the fields you have
selected when searched for by Employers.
Can I still apply if I live outside of the United States?
If you have a United States mailing address and/or phone
number you may still apply, but it at the discretion of the
Employer of whether to hire you for the position. 18orup
Inc. does not currently support any applicants living
outside of the United States.

How do I contact the applicant?
Upon finding your match or potential match for the job
opportunity simply click on “View Profile” under the
applicants name and they will have willingly listed their
e-mail address, phone number, as well as their mailing
address. This option is only available to paying subscribers
and not to 3 day free trial subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For security purposes we do not allow Employers to delete
their profile directly through the website. Please send an
email, along with your username, from the e-mail address you
have created the account under to support@18orup.com with a
request to delete your account. Please allow us 24 hours to
complete this task. If your account reaches its subscription
expiration then it will automatically be placed at a
disabled state until the accounts subscription has been
extended.
How do I extend my membership?
Please go to the
Home Page and enter your Username &
Password under the login prompt. Once logged in you may
select the tabbed link labeled as “My Profile”. At the
bottom of this page there is a link labeled as “Change
Subscription”. Please click on that link and you will be
redirected to a page that will allow you to select
additional time options which will be appended to your
current subscription date.
How do I change my payment method?
Please go to the
Home Page and enter your Username &
Password under the login prompt. Once logged in you may
select the tabbed link labeled as “My Profile”. At the
bottom of this page there is a link labeled as “Change
Subscription”. Please click on that link and you will be
redirected to a page that will allow you to change your
payment method for your next pay period. At the top of the
page under the header labeled as “Payment Process” please
select the radio button which states “Change Payment Method
For Next Billing Cycle” and change your information
appropriately.
Why is my credit card being billed in 3 month increments for
my yearly subscription?
According to the rules of our online processing agent, as
well as rules governed by both Visa & MasterCard, online
subscription providers are only permitted to bill credit
cards at 90 day increments for any subscriptions larger than
90 days.
Why am I being billed on a continual/reciprocal basis?
The majority of our subscribers are long term customers and
prefer this method to prevent their account from being
disabled due to forgetting to process payment every term
through their credit card or Paypal. This system is a
convenience to our customers and it allows them to proceed
with their adult staffing needs without worrying about
placing payment for the term. Please remember that you may
cancel your account at anytime to avoid reciprocal billing
and you will only be charged for the current term that you
have subscribed for.
Can I still create an account if I live outside of the
United States?
Yes. You may create an Employer account and subscribe to our
services as long as you are able to send payment via Paypal,
MasterCard, Visa, or via Wire Transfer.
